Here’s your Greek lesson for the day. Anhydrite from the Greek an = without and hydor = water. I guess this species lacks water. From what I’ve learned, it’s not a common piece in most collections and rare to find in crystal form. This piece exhibits a glacier like bluish color and under the right light, slightly pearlescent. No damage.
