Every once in awhile you get lucky.  No......Perhaps it's persistence?  I've been looking hard for more of these pieces from the Lone Tree Mine and our persistence finally paid off this year in Tucson.  We found a dealer who had a stash of these specimens and grabbed what we considered the best of his lot.

It's getting harder and harder to find specimens from this mine, and I'm not sure if I'll be able to find many more once this lot is gone.

Here's a specimen that displays a number of burnt orange spheres to 6mm nestled on a bed of jet black romanechite with minor barite.  Comes mounted on an clear acrylic stand.

I've saved my best for last!  I've had the honor of handling a number of these specimens, but this is by far the best in terms of number of intact spheres with consistent color.   This specimen displays a number of red orange spheres to 6mm nestled on a bed of jet black romanechite.  There are also a number of water clear barite xl clusters to 3mm scattered about this specimen, some in combination with the rhodochrosite spheres.  This is an excellent specimen from this local in my opinion!
