When it comes to the Asian Continent, forgive me, but my attention immediately goes to Russia (the Mother Country) and Dal'negorsk. This area of the Russian Far East has produced an incredible wealth of mineral specimens: fluorite, calcite and quartz to name a few. Being of Russian decent, my tendency will be jaded towards Russian minerals, but my hopes are to present to you good quality mineral specimens from all over the Asian continent. Not to be forgotten with my interest in Russia,
are the wonderful mineral specimens produced by India and Pakistan.
Hey, I'm even seen some great specimens from Australia. Being a Rhodohead, I have to put in a pitch for China as well. Some of the best recent fluorite specimens I've seen have come from China. If you perchance have a good Rhodo specimen from China, please let me know and perhaps we could do a bit of good old-fashioned horse-trading. Na Zdorovye! |
