Ordering, payments, shipping and returns
Ordering - Once you've found a specimen(s) that you'd like to
purchase, send me an E-mail message indicating what specimen(s) you're
interested in. In your message, please include the specimen(s) number.
I will always try and respond to your messages within 24 hours. If your
choice of specimens is still available, I'll let you know by e-mail and
will hold it for you awaiting payment. To contact me, please use the

Payments- All transactions must be in US Dollars. I accept personal
checks (Domestic orders only; please allow 7 business days for your
check to clear before shipment), money orders, Paypal, Mastercard and
VISA.

Shipping
Domestic Shipping
charges: I ship most items utilizing US
Postal Service Priority Mail for shipments within the United States.
For heavier shipments ( over 4lbs.), I may utilize FedEx ground
delivery to save you money although your package may take a day or two
longer to get to you. I reserve the right to pass on higher shipping
charges for heavier or for packaging fragile items. If you would like
to use some other form of delivery, please contact me and I will
endeavor to meet your needs, although you will be responsible for the
cost of shipping. Please feel free to use the following links to
compare shipping costs.
Returns – Any item you purchase from me can be returned if you're not
happy with it or if it arrives damaged. I allow up to two weeks (14
days) for you to get it back to me. Please e-mail me regarding a
possible return within those two weeks or otherwise, it's yours, no
exceptions. Once I receive the returned specimen in the condition it
was sent, I'll return your money (minus any shipping fees).
