This specimen consists of a calcite matrix that is interspersed with a significant amount of native silver.  There is a vein of silver running down the length of the specimen terminating in exposed crystalline silver xls. This piece is quite hefty, weighing 3.68 ounces. The bottom of this specimen has been sawn to expose a rather large silver vein.
