Fluorescent This is one cool rock!!! It consists of wheat sheaf like bundles of elongated, snow white calcite xls to nearly 5cm. Intertwinned in-between the calcite bundles are a number of highly lustrous, twinned sphalerite xls as well as translucent, white quartz xls. No damage to this outstanding specimen. Under SW UV light, the calcite glows bright orange-red.
